Milton Apartment is situated in a quiet residential part of Douglas with its own garage and so our guests avoid the parking problems of central Douglas. It is nevertheless
within walking distance of the town centre and only a short distance from the delightful Manx countryside. If you prefer to use public transport, buses pass within 50 metres of the apartment.
The apartment consists of a living room / dining room (pictured right), a double bedroom, a bathroom with over bath shower, a kitchen and a storeroom.

We try to provide all the comforts that you are used to at home and maybe even some extra ones. Your entertainment is ensured with Sky TV including Sky Movies and Sky Sports and Sky+, the easiest way to record and enjoy your favourite programs. There is also a DVD player, a VHS recorder with a large collection of videos. We provide free broadband internet access from the computer in the living room and there is also a wireless network. |
| There are a selection of books and games and a modern CD player (with DAB radio ready for digital coverage of the Isle of Man in 2008). We provide plenty of tourist information (you can also plan in advance using the links page) and we are also nearby to help if you need anything extra. |

The kitchen is very well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (with condenser tumble dryer) and more crockery and utensils than two people could possibly use on holiday.
You can store frozen food in a freezer in our garage (next to the one provided for your own use).

Milton Apartment has its own entrances at the front and rear. The front entrance has six steps from the lane at the side of the building and the rear entrance is from the patio behind our house. This also has four steps and so the apartment is, unfortunately, not suited to wheelchairs.
You may use one of the garages at the rear of the building (furthest away from the house and apartment) or you park in front of the garage.
The hallway (pictured right) has a payphone and all rooms lead from the hallway.

We normally clean and prepare the apartment ourselves and if we do employ cleaners they do the work under exacting standards. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. We operate a very strict no smoking rule to ensure that all of our guests are able to fully enjoy the cleanliness and decor.
The bathroom has an over bath shower.
The apartment has gas fired central heating.

The apartment is only suitable for two people and reluctantly, to ensure that the decor is maintained to the highest standards, we no longer cater for babies or children.
The bedroom contains a standard (4'6") double bed, a pine wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lights, a hair dryer and a radio alarm clock.
